In the heart of #Athens, where history and culture blend seamlessly, we saw the TCS Summit Europe 2024 come to life; an experience that was all about passion, dedication, and excellence. The TCS Summit is Europe’s premier #leadership conference bringing together senior business leaders to learn from global influencers in politics, sports, and business with the aim of accelerating the sustainable transformation of European enterprises. From the moment our guests arrived to the final goodbyes we made sure every detail was spot on. The 3-day conference was a buzzing hive of innovative topics, sparking connections and inspiring discussions all around. But there’s so much more to remember; ✓ Welcome reception with an opening’s speech of the Deputy Major of Athens and where guests were surprised with a breathtaking view at the Acropolis and city of Athens. ✓ The gala dinner at the Athenian riviera, where guests were treated to views of the sea at sunset, and an evening filled with entertainment and delectable cuisine with Greek twists. ✓ The beautiful morning at Stavros Niarchos Park, where participants embraced the sunrise and engaged in a refreshing fitness run with Sir Mo Farah, CBE, and Dafne Schippers. This invigorating start set the tone for a day full of insights and collaboration. ✓ Experiences where delegates immersed themselves in the city's cultural splendour, exploring iconic sites such as the Marble Stadium, the historic Zappeion Megaron within the National Gardens, and the enriching Olympic Museum. Some experienced the majestic Temple of Zeus and ascended Acropolis Hill, soaking in history and panoramic vistas. Others chose a serene sailing excursion along the stunning Athens Riviera, all while nurturing meaningful connections. For yet another year, we are proud to have worked on all aspects of the event with Tata Consultancy Services - UK and Europe – from arrival, #conference, fitness run, gala dinner, and welcome reception, to social activities and onsite staff. 🌟 Event success story! 🌟 What happens when you need to transform a limited space into a spectacular event area that matches the grandeur of last year’s edition? Or when the venue’s limitations make it challenging to bring our client’s vision to life? You get #creative! Instead of focusing on the constraints, we devised innovative solutions to deliver an equally impressive experience. We leveraged the beautiful and expansive garden at the Radisson Blu St. Helen's Hotel in Dublin to build our plenary room. By partnering with a marquee supplier, we created a semi-permanent structure that not only met the client's AV production needs but also added a unique and refreshing outdoor element to the event. To boost engagement, we introduced an event app that allowed attendees to interact during polling and Q&A sessions. This app was also essential for booking workshops, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience. The results were fantastic, with over 90% of the attendees downloading the app. This project showcased MCI's creativity through innovative branding and the use of a marquee as the plenary room. Our strategic thinking was evident in the agenda, which included ample time for attendees to explore educational booths. We also embraced digital innovation to enhance the overall experience. We are thrilled with the positive feedback and the success of this event. ✨ A special thank you to our client for their kind words: “A massive thank you to the team for the time and effort put into the symposium – we most definitely could not have done it without you. Guess what just wrapped up in Amsterdam? 🎰 Las Vegas made a quick stop in Europe with #CESUnveiled! Our team had an absolute blast organising #CESUnveiled at the iconic Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage, welcoming close to 1,000 attendees and 80+ exhibitors. This stop on the road to #CES2025 connected attendees with Europe's iconic brands and promising startups, top-level government officials, industry leaders, and media, providing a sneak peek at what to expect in January in Las Vegas. It's been an incredible journey working with Consumer Technology Association for over 5 years on their annual event in Europe, and this year was no exception. ✨ A huge thank you to our partners who made it all possible; key4events for the seamless onsite printing and Eventfabriek for helping us manage a spectacular Vegas-style closing party. In August 2024, something great happened in the beautiful city of Vancouver. We had the pleasure of delivering the 39th World Ophthalmology Congress - our first face-to-face congress after five years of working hand-in-hand with the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO). With their ambition to enhance ophthalmic education, improve access to the highest quality eye care, and preserve and restore vision for people everywhere, we were on a mission. But first things first; Our story began in 2018, and just as we were getting started, the world changed. COVID-19 turned our plans upside down, and our first two events became virtual experiences. But we never lost hope. We continued to dream, plan, and prepare for the day we could finally bring everyone together in person. And that day arrived! ⏩ Fast forward to 2024… With 3.000 participants from 126 countries, the congress was a diverse setting of cultures and ideas. We hosted up to 21 parallel sessions, covering all subspecialties of ophthalmology, from roundtables and debates to hands-on training. Over four days, we witnessed about 300 scientific sessions, more than 800 poster presentations, 115 invited sessions, 70 society sessions, 36 poster pods sessions, and 30 instructional courses. It was an incredible exchange of knowledge and collaboration! Our team poured their hearts into every detail, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all attendees. It was a magical moment to see the community come together, share insights, and make new connections.
