The growing importance of animal welfare in Poland was seriously affecting operations in Stasin’s plant. In addition, higher wages and higher buying power forced the company to transform production. Automating the evisceration line was one of the first measures that Stasin took to adapt to the changing situation. "It’s a quick win because the return on investment of Marel’s automated evisceration line is very short," says Grzegorz Borkowski, Commercial Director at Stasin. Together with MasterMinds, a project involving Tilburg University and other partners, we are researching the effectiveness of VR learning in maintenance environments. VR promises to be very interesting for adaptive learning, based on the real needs of an engineer. This innovative approach also allows us to simulate complex, real-life scenarios that are difficult to replicate in traditional training methods. Around 25 Marel field service engineers participated in the VR-based training research, with their eye movements and brain activity analyzed. As part of its continuous strategic expansion plans, Tanmiah Food Company announced today that its subsidiary, Agricultural Development Company (ADC), has acquired a new state-of-the-art primary poultry processing facility for a total value of SAR 143 million. This significant milestone emphasizes Tanmiah's continued commitment to supporting KSA’s food security and self-sufficiency goals under Vision 2030. The acquisition of the new primary processing facility is set to significantly increase the company’s poultry production capacity, in line with the company’s growth objectives and the increase in the popularity and demand for Tanmiah’s products. The facility will produce the complete range of Tanmiah Fresh Chicken products, including high quality and innovative food solutions targeted to the Food Services and Retail channels. The new plant will also contribute to KSA’s economic growth by creating new job opportunities, nurturing local talent, and supporting the vision for a dynamic workforce. Furthermore, the facility is equipped with advanced waste management systems, and the expansive vast piece of land will be utilized for tree plantation, irrigated with treated water from the plant that is processed to the appropriate standards, reinforcing Tanmiah’s dedication and commitment to sustainability by minimizing environmental impact and promoting responsible production practices. أعلنت شركة التنمية الغذائية اليوم، في إطار خططها التوسعية الاستراتيجية المستمرة أن شركتها التابعة، شركة التنمية الزراعية، استحوذت على منشأة حديثة مجهزة بأحدث المعدات والتقنيات لانتاج منتجات الدواجن الأولية بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 143 مليون ريال سعودي. ويؤكد هذا الإنجاز الهام على التزام التنمية المستمر بدعم أهداف الأمن الغذائي والاكتفاء الذاتي في المملكة العربية السعودية بموجب رؤية 2030 من المقرر أن يؤدي الاستحواذ على هذه المنشأة الجديدة إلى زيادة القدرة الانتاجية للشركة لمنتجات الدواجن بما يتماشى مع أهداف نمو الشركة وزيادة الطلب على منتجات التنمية. ستنتج هذه المنشأة مجموعة كاملة من منتجات دجاج التنمية الطازج، بما في ذلك حلول غذائية عالية الجودة ومبتكرة تستهدف قنوات خدمات الأغذية والتجزئة كما سيساهم المصنع الجديد في النمو الاقتصادي للمملكة العربية السعودية من خلال خلق فرص عمل جديدة ورعاية المواهب الوطنية ودعم رؤية القوى العاملة الفعالة كما تم تجهيز المنشأة بأنظمة متقدمة لإدارة النفايات، وسيتم استغلال قطعة الأرض الشاسعة لزراعة الأشجار، وريها بالمياه المعالجة من المصنع والتي تتم معالجتها وفقا للمعايير القياسية المناسبة، مما يعزز التزام التنمية بالاستدامة من خلال تقليل التأثير البيئي وتعزيز ممارسات الإنتاج المسؤولة
