Amplify Her: empowering the next generation of women professionals Yesterday, members of the FutureBrand UXUS team proudly attended the AmplifyHer 2024 conference, an event that brings together the next generation of women professionals to empower them through connection, visibility, and growth. This year’s theme was all about creating sisterhood and Paying It Forward. Representing UXUS were Marta Kopec, Florence Buchet, Rachel Edmonds, Juan Martinez, Dafne Tirelli, Amy Ingrassia, and Queenie Lo, who joined thought-provoking sessions led by inspirational and authentic speakers curated by Nancy Poleon and the AmplifyHer team. Our team is proud to be paying it forward by joining creative forces with BrandedU to evolve their brand, building on a decade of success in empowering women through authentic leadership. We saw a sneak peak at the refreshed visual identity, channelling the brand's fearless energy into a bold and sophisticated new look! It’s been a pleasure to support BrandedU in driving their mission forward - helping more women step into leadership roles faster and more authentically, with increased visibility, influence and impact. With 40% of profits supporting local charities and ingredients sourced from local farmers, MeeKiri is committed to its community. World Menopause Day – Empowering women’s health at work. Did you know that hormonal changes are holding women back in their careers? And that this topic often goes unspoken? Not just today on #WorldMenopauseDay, but everyday, we are committed to making a difference by raising awareness of how businesses can support women in the workplace. Last week, we hosted an event in partnership with SEE HER THRIVE at UXUS, where we discussed the challenges women face due to hormonal changes and how businesses can and must address these effectively. We were joined by industry professionals passionate about transforming the workplace – the energy in the room was incredible! Clare-Louise Knox (She / Her) and Rachel Grewal (née Harvey) presented ground-breaking research to inspire positive change and ensure that no woman leaves the workplace because she lacks the tools or support to manage her hormones.
