As the year is coming to a close, it is time to reflect on the successful events we have hosted thus far. One of them being the Shark Tank event in collaboration with SCOPE Maastricht. A special thank you to Mia Viney, Tizian Aisenbrey and Alexa Rutherford for organising the event, and ensuring its success. The event was split into two separate days. Day one included a ‘How to Pitch’ lecture to prepare participants. It included insightful knowledge that set the tone for day 2 - Shark Tank. We had ten teams of two, receive a peculiar object and prepare a shark tank-style product pitch in 15 minutes. Gratitude goes out to the two special guest judges, Mindy Nunez Duffourc and Georgios Ntavatzikos, who judged alongside Eloquentia’s President Alexa Rutherford and Scope’s Academic Commissioner Tizian Aisenbrey. We are proud to say the event was a huge success, filled with moments of both learning and laughter. This was the third year we have collaborated with SCOPE, and we hope to establish this event as an annual classic.
