🔧 Technical Tuesday 🔧 At Prof. Ir. Damstra Laboratory, we performed a race simulation on one of our battery modules to evaluate its thermal performance under high-load conditions. 🏎️🔋 The test delivered successful results, with the battery showing less thermal buildup than anticipated, providing valuable data for further optimization. The team is always trying to improve and push the limits to accomplish our vision of preserving racing for future generations. Alongside members from University of Twente student teams, HyDriven RoboTeam Twente, and Solar Team Twente we aimed to highlight the impact of the proposed policy. The student fine poses a serious threat to the existence of student teams. As our team thrives on student activism. Kom kijken hoe het werkt bij EME op zaterdag 2 november! Tijdens de Open Bedrijvendag Emmen 2024 zetten wij onze deuren open voor belangstellenden en laten we ons mooie bedrijf zien aan de hand van rondleidingen. Er zullen collega’s aan het werk zijn, zodat de bezoekers kunnen zien wat wij zoal doen bij EME. Tijdens deze demonstraties is er de mogelijkheid tot het stellen van vragen. Publiek kan op deze dag overal kijken, ook waar je normaal gesproken niet zomaar mag komen. Cars and Stars uit Losser zet bij ons 2 F1 racesimulatie seats neer, kom langs en laat zien hoe snel jij bent! Daarnaast komt een team van Electric Superbike Twente bij ons hun nieuwste elektrische racemotor laten zien en zij vertellen er alles over. EME heeft meegewerkt aan de bouw van deze bijzondere motor. EST Team just wrapped up an insightful LinkedIn workshop! We learned effective strategies for optimizing our profiles and enhancing our networking skills. Huge thanks to Dylan Donia for all his tips and tricks on networking! ⚡️⚡️
Ons ‘vorige week’ overzicht een dagje later dan dat je van ons gewend bent. Soms lopen de zaken wat anders of juist door elkaar, dat houdt het ook allemaal leuk en interessant zullen we maar zeggen 😎 De mensen die Dylan een beetje kennen weten dat hij een strakke agendaplanning bijhoudt en ook dat hij goed in zijn follow-ups doorzet. 💪 In 2017 had hij een leuke ‘toevallige’ ontmoeting met Michiel, en Dylan wilde graag een vervolg afspraak met hem maken. In de chat van LinkedIn bleven ze wel contact houden én na 2000+ dagen kwam het van een afspraak. Op een hele leuke plek in Rotterdam-Noord! Dyon, Tristan en Dashyll waren bij Mr.Green | Boutique Office Collection in Amsterdam. Een opdrachtgever van Ministerie van Online. Een fijne plek als je flexibele, goed verzorgde kantoorruimte zoekt. 🏢 Deze locatie in Amsterdam zit ook nog eens op een hele handige plek, in het Centraal Station! 📍 Twee weken geleden heeft Dylan een LinkedIn workshop gegeven aan Electric Superbike Twente en afgelopen week was het tijd voor de opvolg workshop, en nu ook voor het hele team. Volg hen, want het is écht een heel gaaf en innovatief team dat werkt aan mooie elektrische oplossingen! ⚡️🏍️ Het was voor Dylan maar een half weekje werk, want hij was naar Bazel, Zwitserland. Om rust en cultuur op te zoeken. Natuurlijk mocht het Tinguely museum niet ontbreken maar ook het Vitra Design Museum kwam aan de beurt. 🏛️ Als geboren en getogen Rotterdammer ging hij natuurlijk ook even langs het graf van Erasmus in Munster van Bazel.
