Automating your business operations and manual tasks, saving 10+ hours every week | 🦾 Enthusiast of No-code and Automation

We attended the Make Waves event in Munich, and it was an incredible experience! Our Automagency hoodies made us easy to spot, and it was amazing to meet so many talented Makers and connect with the community that has supported me countless times. I'm thrilled about the direction Make is heading, especially with the new GRID update and the exciting roadmap ahead. Looking forward to next year! 💜

Increasing efficiency for operational teams with structured and automated systems.

I've spent over 3500 hours building in Make It's time to share what I've learned with you! As we are growing rapidly with Automagency , we can't help everyone with their requests. It is meant to be educational, mixed with a challenge. We will build your request out, as quick as possible - while teaching you how it's done. If you: → Want to know if your dream automation is possible → Can't seem to figure out that one automation → Have always wondered what's possible → Just want to put me up for a challenge Any process, with or without AI! Request your dream automation below and we'll be building it! Don't be afraid to ask - anything is possible!

Increasing efficiency for operational teams with structured and automated systems.

"You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems" This is one of my favourite quotes, it has been on top of my journal since reading Atomic Habits (It's a must read). This quote hits home on a personal level, but I've seen the other side of the coin in a lot of companies we've helped over the years. In today's age, we all have acces to the most incredible systems - heck we have an all knowing AI tool that we can ask anything and get answers in seconds. With Automagency we have built internal systems for companies, that I could only dream of having when I was running multiple departments. What came as a big surprise however, is that a lot of the companies we've helped building - restored to their base level productivity after a while. The inability to leverage systems is what conflicts the quote at the beginning of this post. They have access to a internal tool that: → Structures all their workflows and tasks → Assigns and plans tasks & projects automatically → Turns operations in to data without additional work → Gives them high level overview and data dashboards → Saves incredible amounts of work due to automating tasks Even with all this in place - without the right guidance and consultancy, efficiency drops to base level. Building is cool, but results are way cooler. That's why we changed the way we work. We don't just build systems that increase the productivity, overview and automates a ton, but we apply our operational expertise. Guiding our clients to leverage these systems for their business. This last part has increased the results of our clients immensely. My updated version of the quote for companies would be: "You do not fall to the level of your systems, you fall to the level of how you leverage them" Did you read the book? And what do you think of this updated version of the quote? --- Automagency helps companies scale with structured and automated systems.

You're probably missing out because, You don't know what you don't know. The word automation has become very populair with the raise of AI However - there's a lot more to automation than AI. With Automagency we started automating businesses before ChatGPT even existed. Make has made it possible to connect tools trough API - without writing code. Most business owners just don't know the possibilities of automation. It's that "cool to have - but we'll fix it later" thing in almost every business. If you knew exactly: → What you could automate → How long it would take → How much time it saves → How fast your ROI is positive → Had someone skilled to do it The decision for automating a business would switch to one of the highest priorities. We're offering a automation audit, where we will: 1. Go trough all your processes 2. Map out all processes and tools 3. Show you the possibilities for automation 4. Calculate ROI for automating your business 5. Showcase 3 examples tailored to you If you want to know exactly what's possible for you - for free - comment "Automagency"

Increasing efficiency for operational teams with structured and automated systems.

17 years old: Graduated & started a marketing agency 18 years old: Worked a job & maintained the agency 19 years old: Ended the agency & delivered groceries 20 years old: Customer Service - Promoted to manager 21 years old: Became allround Business Manager 22 years old: Freelancing as a monday.com expert 23 years old: Learned Make - automated 30+ companies 24 years old: Launched Automagency In between, I tried probably 10 more side hustles—but none of them stuck. Looking back, there was one constant through all of this: I was working on myself—on my own personal development. I got to learn: ↳ What I loved to do ↳ What were my skills ↳ What were my weaknesses Challenging myself has always been at the heart of everything. There’s nothing better than striving to become the best version of yourself. I’d encourage anyone to pursue the thing you love most. If you don't know (yet) - try things and figure out what you love. The enthusiasm you bring to something you enjoy is the ultimate advantage over everybody else. It won't feel like work and makes what you do unique. --- Automagency helps companies scale with structured and automated systems.

Increasing efficiency for operational teams with structured and automated systems.

Systemising your own business is hard. Why? → You have too much context of everything. Systemising will bring up thought like: → "Our clients require specific cases" → "We don't always work the same way" → "Person x or y won't understand the changes" → "Training everyone on this will be a nightmare" → "Our clients are used to our current way of working" Every change - a new problem. The biggest one? (That most forget) Transforming operations in to useful systems.   Because building a system isn't easy. Like video editing - you're first time will be a mess. Solution? → Hire a video editor. Solution for systemising? → Hire a Expert. Want to know how you can systemise to grow? We're doing 3 free business audits, and you'll get: → 2 Deep dive meetings in your processes → A complete review of current systems → Mapped out processes & tools → Automation efficiency score → Opportunity roadmap DM or comment "System" and I'll reach out to walk you trough our specific systemising approach for free.

This Make automation saved 100+ hours every e-commerce season. Yet it's just a small piece of the pie. Orders came in trough excel sheets and were manually added to their systems. We automated the import of all orders, including products and details. The only manual action? → Upload the file to their Drive This automation is the first automation in a sequence of many, because what happens after is: → Products and orders are created → Orders & Products are connected → Tasks are created for orders and products → Dates are assigned up to 180 days ahead → Responsible people are allocated to the tasks → Emails to buyers & suppliers are automated And way more. We completely structured & automated their process. It consists of 45+ automations that form a system. They now have: → Centralised complete operations in monday.com → 75+ tasks generated with due date & assignee → Automated emails, documents and reminders → Reduced their manual work by 60% → High level view of all orders They saved time, have high level overview and increased overall efficiency. Loads of benefits where in the details, too much to share, but we added small tweaks like: → Emails & requests only to be sent during business hours → Tasks connected, finishing one tasks kicks off the next one → Bulked requests stored and sent daily to streamline communication We never automate single tasks - we turn businesses in to automated systems. --- Automagency builds structured and automated internal systems to help your team work efficient, save time and create overview.

How we structure and automate your business in 8 weeks So you have overview, save time and work efficient ⤵ 1. Look at the current situation and processes → We look at your business from a helicopter view → We ask questions that you haven't asked yourself → We turn answers in to structure - and help you see it 2. Identify valuable processes - eliminate invaluable ones. → We need to know what has worked so far, wether it was efficient or not. → Structuring and automating a business doesn't mean changing processes. → It means increasing efficiency and automating manual work to leverage and save time. 3. Turn processes in to structure → Processes are transformed in to actionable structures → This creates overview and understandable workflows → We prioritise "easy to use" for everyone in your team 4. Turn structure in to automated systems → Structure is great, but manual is garbage → We automate structures to become repetitive → Imagine all your tasks for a project, created instantly 5. Connect structure with tools → After building your processes out in monday.com → We use Make to connect all your tools together → Your processes will "talk" to your tools - automated TL;DR: It takes structure to actually leverage automation. Understanding your business, then translating it in to structure is the secret sauce. That’s how you will build efficiency, save time and have overview - without endlessly chasing golden bullets. P.S. Automation in the picture is described in the comments --- Automagency  builds structured and automated internal systems to help your company work more efficient and structured.

Increasing efficiency for operational teams with structured and automated systems.

I did 10 LinkedIn Posts and have completely new insights. No, this isn't a bragging post. I analysed LinkedIn for about 6 months, scavenging the field without posting anything. (That's way to long, just start posting - you'll learn quicker) I didn't expect anything when I started posting. Just get the ball rolling and get better at writing. 10 posts later: → 650+ Followers → 70k+ Impressions → 5 new leads (inbound) → 4 past customers reached out → Became a Top LinkedIn Automation Voice 2 posts went semi-viral, both had over 25k impressions. The "issue" was, most weren't ideal customers for Automagency The posts got attention from people who wanted to learn from us, rather than use our agency service. I decided to do one call with someone who reached out with questions, to help out and see what kind of struggles he had. It turned in to a 1:1 make coaching call, which confirmed the demand. The funny part is - I really enjoyed doing it. That's why I've decided to do 2 more coaching calls. (Probably the only time I do this) If you want to: → Learn more about Make → Have any specific questions → Learn from our best practices → Learn from our client examples → Let us scan your current scenario's Comment: "Make" and I'll reach out to you. P.S. Feel free to leave any question you have about Make under this post and I'll answer them. P.P.S. I would love to hear your thoughts, tips or feedback about LinkedIn posting in the comments. --- Automagency builds structured and automated internal systems to help your company work more efficient and structured.

This Make automation saves 2100+ hours annually. Which translates to more than $100.000,- saved per year. I know that's a bold statement, and I wouldn't have believed it a few years ago. But we've calculated the ROI on this automation with the client and it more than exceeded my expectations as-well. This company builds high-end custom pool systems, and we completely automated their proposal creation. What it does in steps: (𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 HubSpot 𝘣𝘺 𝘢 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 Typeform submissions)  1. New deals in HubSpot are collected  2. All the details from the submission are fetched; sizes, types, shipping measures and more.  3. We run complex calculations based on the variables and a custom variable backend we created.  4. Variable taxes per state and other multipliers are applied.  5. Final outputs of the calculations are collected and stored  6. Client drawings and pictures are downloaded and organised in Google Drive.  7. The customised proposal is generated using a master template.  8. The master template gets updated based on which type the client has selected.  9. The proposal is updated with client-specific information and calculations. 10. The completed proposal is uploaded to HubSpot, updating the deal with all necessary details.           I never imagined, we could save a company more than $100.000,- annually with one single automation. When the client initially asked us to automate this proces, we weren't even sure if it was all possible but we've turned the impossible into the possible. We're doing 3 free system audits based on our special automation framework in the next 2 weeks. The system audit is up to 3 meetings, which will completely visualise how your team could work more efficient with structured & automated internal tools. In the next 3 days we will select 3 companies, be quick. Comment "ROI" if you want to be selected for the free system audit. Comment "Automation" if you want to know more about this automation. P.S. We've launched our new website, let us know what you think! automagency.com --- Automagency builds structured and automated internal systems to help your company achieve operational excellence.
