  • During last week's Europe Team Event, groups of 6 were formed and challenged by SecurityHive to present a Go-To-Market plan for them in a 5min business case. Key factors were taken into consideration such as: • A fixed monthly budget to work with  • A mix between direct and indirect sales channels • The extend of investment into an outbound sales approach and/or digital inbound marketing, such as content translation, content creation and an Ad strategy • A 2025 MRR goal that needs to be reached During the case preparation, Peter Bin and Terrence Risse left clues on what international territories might be of interest to them. Congrats to the winners!

    🌟 What an inspiring day with Aexus! 🌟 Terrence Risse and I had the privilege of attending Aexus' event last Thursday. Their Europe-based colleagues came together for a day of collaboration and innovation. In the morning, we presented the SecurityHive case and challenged the attendees to brainstorm creative strategies for increasing SecurityHive’s MRR within a set budget. But here’s the twist: They only had one hour to develop their ideas and prepare a five-minute presentation to pitch them to us. That’s no easy feat! Despite the tight time frame, all six groups delivered incredible results, showcasing out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and sharp presentation skills. Terrence and I were blown away by the quality and creativity of their ideas. Choosing a winner was anything but easy! A huge thank you to the people of Aexus, Roel Evers, and Chris Gerretsen for inviting us and allowing us to participate in such an inspiring event. The room's energy was electric, a fantastic reminder of how time pressure can spark true innovation. Here’s to more events like this that challenge us to think differently and push boundaries! 🚀 #Collaboration #Innovation #Cybersecurity

    Last week, we had our team event in Utrecht with colleagues from across Europe. We were inspired by great internal and external speakers discussing the value we bring as Aexus. I had the opportunity to present our latest methodology and processes—a framework that empowers us to deliver even greater value to our partners. I particularly enjoyed the panel discussion on various success cases (Jeroen, Johan, Remi and Maximilian with our partners Prosus Group, Ephesia Consult, iProov and Hiven Energy | Build smart energy apps), which showcased how we truly make a difference for our partners. We also celebrated some major milestones of Karim, Nathalie, Lachlan, Alasdair, Joy, Johan, Michael, and including my 9(!) years at Aexus. I’m extremely proud to be part of this company and look forward to everything the coming year holds! Roel, thanks so much for the fantastic organization.

    What an amazing 2 days in Utrecht the Netherlands we had last week with the Europe based Aexus team. This time I had the honor of organizing and hosting the event and it was all worth it. The schedule was diverse and packed with lots of inspiring sessions, if you would ask me as the organizer ;-) - Marcel van der Heijden shedding his light on how early stage B2B investors operate these days in a fireside chat together with Chris Gerretsen. - Dirk Huibers from Spotr demonstrating how to remotely inspect an entire property portfolio with the use of AI hosted by Maurits Kool and Amanda Den Ridder. - Peter Bin and Terrence Risse presenting the SecurityHive case and asking our Aexus team to come up with a creative and innovative Go-To-Market strategy for 2025. - Jeroen Schreuders, Johan Holmström, Remi van Suijlekom and Maximilian Meierl showcasing their success working together with our partners Prosus Group, Ephesia Consult, iProov and Hiven Energy | Build smart energy apps during a panel session. - Philipp Schilgen sharing the details of his most recent deal he closed with the German construction company Strabag. - Chris Gerretsen, Nick Mobertz and Jos Van der Meulen hosting breakout sessions with small groups to brainstorm on how to maximize success for and with our partners. - Saskia Pollet hosting 'her' own Secret Santa session. - We celebrated not 1, but 8 (!) work anniversaries. Congrats and a big thanks to Karim Ebied, Nathalie Eichhorn, Lachlan Hamilton, Alasdair Stone, Joy Genevieve Rietveld, Johan Holmström, Nick Mobertz and Michael Gansen.
