🚀 Israeli Technology Reaching for the Moon – and Beyond! Meet WeSpace. Autonomous drones capable of navigating the lunar surface may sound like a distant dream – but not for WeSpace! Leveraging advanced control systems paired with sophisticated rocket propulsion technology, WeSpace is developing an innovative transportation solution for the Moon. Unlike traditional vehicles, their drones can access virtually any point on the lunar surface, enabling mapping, exploration, and equipment transportation.   WeSpace is already collaborating with NASA on missions to explore frozen water deposits on the Moon, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the American aerospace and defense company Leidos/Dynetics, and has secured initial Pre-Seed funding to advance its groundbreaking solution.   🌕 Their Vision? To provide autonomous flight services on the Moon, enabling the mapping of critical resources and driving breakthroughs in lunar and deep-space exploration.   WeSpace’s technology also has significant military potential. How do you turn global challenges into winning pitches in just 3 months? 🤯 After an intensive week in Germany, returning to Israel, countless hours of teamwork with the German delegation, close guidance from the sharpest mentors in the industry, and an illegal amount of coffee – 13# of the BIPA program culminated in a powerful Demo Day! Before we dive into the achievements and gratitude (and stick around – it’s worth it), here’s a glimpse at the incredible challenges our participants tackled 🔹 EGYM – Transforming the global physiotherapy market The team worked on expanding EGYM’s global presence by promoting innovative preventive therapy solutions. Because why wait for injuries when you can prevent them? 🔹 Flaveo Robotics – A food-serving robot, but with style They developed a new feature to elevate customer experience and optimize the use of Flaveo’s food robot. When technology meets appetite, magic happens. 🍽️🤖 🔹 Brose – An AI chatbot for negotiation like a pro The team created a customized AI-powered negotiation coach to help employees achieve better outcomes and handle conversations like seasoned TED Talk speakers. 🔹 COBY – A go-to-market strategy to conquer the market They designed a comprehensive product strategy to ensure COBY’s successful launch and significant market penetration. Each of these challenges is the result of hard work, creativity, and genuine collaboration between the teams in Israel and the German delegation. Because when you connect cultures, foster global thinking, and bring together talented people – anything is possible. So, how did it all happen? Who says you can’t close deals in just three hours? Today, we proved it’s possible! In an exclusive event, 12 prestigious VC firms met with 30 daring startups, each given just 15 minutes to pitch their ideas and captivate the investors. Every meeting was crucial, every minute counted – and the startups knew this was their moment to shine and forge connections that could change their future. Imagine a room filled with innovation, groundbreaking ideas, and sky-high adrenaline. Each startup made the most of their brief time, aiming to leave investors impressed (or at least intrigued). It was like a scene from a movie, but with less drama and more business plans. But this success wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible partners. Together with HLS.IL, SouthUp, the Ministry of National Security, the Ministry of Economy and Industry-משרד הכלכלה והתעשייה , and the Israel Innovation Authority רשות החדשנות, we created an event that perfectly combined professionalism and innovation. We are all equal partners in the mission to advance the entrepreneurial ecosystem and lead the industry forward. This inspiring activity was part of the Kadam Atidim program, designed to empower and uplift students from peripheral areas by immersing them in hands-on experiences and exposing them to the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
