**Sometimes the smartest decisions are the toughest ones** I’ve learned that when you focus on your customers, those decisions are always the right ones. In Q1, we at StructShare made a bold decision to aggressively shift our sales resources toward enhancing our product and supporting our customers. Sounds crazy, right? To consciously slow down sales when you’re a startup? It was tough, but definitely not stupid! In just two quarters we've: ✅ Transformed our entire product user experience ✅ Launched countless significant features for our customers ✅ Deepend our understanding of our customer's challenges and goals As a result: ✔ Significant increase in usage and volumes ✔ Greater satisfaction and stronger relationships ✔ Additional requests for expanded features (which we love :)) Ultimately, the shift dramatically increased the value and cost savings for the customers who rely on us! and we are now better positioned to guide our prospects in the buying journey and act as consultants rather than selling.
