As 2024 ended, Carmel Olefins, part of Bazan Group, dedicated the last week of the year to workplace safety. We opened our minds, learned from past incidents, and collaborated on ways to improve our safety culture on-site. This week provided us with valuable insights, the most important of which is this: Safety starts with me. As we step into 2025, we are committed to implementing the lessons learned and doing everything we can to ensure that we all return home safely to our families at the end of the day. Orit Barkhorder
