We are pleased to announce that construction is now starting on two of our projects - in Sosnowiec and in Kobierzyce near Wrocław! The general contractor for both warehouse complexes is the YPERO S.A. company. Their planned completion date is the third quarter of 2023. The warehouse park in #Kobierzyce is located just off the S8 expressway, only 20 km from the centre of #Wrocław. The #Sosnowiec complex, on the other hand, is being built just 15 km from the centre of #Katowice and 5 km from the S1 motorway. We are pleased to confirm that the construction of another #BTS #lastmilelogistics facility for our long term client Plastics Group Sp. z o.o. was completed and successfully handed over for operations earlier this summer. The project is located in #Kobierzyce at DK8 national road junction in the vicinity of large industrial logistics scheme. This was another result of perfect cooperation with YPERO S.A. | Generalny Wykonawca | Design & Build and SPART Studio Projektowe and in participation of many professionals involved with special thanks to: Tomasz Jarzyniak Mateusz Bednarczyk Piotr Król Maciej Czarnywojtek Monika Zaczyk and the team Jacek Starak Michał Koseła Magdalena Klank and our great late colleague Leszek Marszałek with the memory of this being sadly last project we completed together with his great vision and support.
