Термін розірвання договору В2В 1 день - чи це ок? Недавно спілкувалась з потенційним клієнтом (стандартний кейс для #бізнес_інкубатора Freedom Business Area (FBA.ink) - програміст, замовник зі Штатів) і вже були на етапі оформлення документів. В останній момент виявилось, що його замовник, з яким все було домовлено по обов'язках, вимогах, кваліфікаціях і зарплаті, в останній момент "підсунув" термін розірвання договору в2в один ( ❗ ) день. Клієнт відмовився, шукає замовника далі, а я задумалась - чи це взагалі ок викидати людину з команди з дня на день? 😕 Ми зазвичай наполягаємо на підписанні договору #в2в між замовником та виконавцем, навіть якщо клієнт переконаний, що це надійний замовник/працювали раніше/знайома фірма і тд. Є кілька твердих аргументів, чому це важливо: 1. Забезпечення правової захищеності: Підписання письмового договору може забезпечити більшу юридичну захищеність. Він чітко визначає права та обов'язки кожної сторони, а також умови співпраці, що може бути важливим у разі виникнення конфлікту або непорозуміння. 2. Професійний підхід: Укладання письмового договору відображає професійний підхід та створює позитивне враження про компанію. Це може бути важливим фактором при взаємодії з клієнтами та партнерами. 3. Стабільність співпраці: Немає варіанту бути звільненим з дня на день, оскільки є чітко прописані терміни розірвання договору. Як стандарт ми пропонуємо на 30-денному терміні розірвання договору або припинення співпраці за згодою сторін.
