Ponadto 60% specjalistów z branży nieruchomości i budownictwa na wszystkich trzech rynkach wyraziło silne pragnienie nauczenia się, jak korzystać ze sztucznej inteligencji w miejscu pracy, co wskazuje na wysoką motywację do rozwijania umiejętności cyfrowych w tym sektorze. "W porównaniu z całym regionem Regionu CEE, polscy pracownicy sektora nieruchomości są najbardziej aktywnymi użytkownikami AI z najwyższymi dziennymi wskaźnikami użytkowania. Oczekuje się, że ten trend się utrzyma, ponieważ mamy również wysoką motywację do nauki i rozwoju w tej dziedzinie. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 ❓ ▶️ Nearly 30% of Polish real estate workers already use AI, with 38% of daily users. ▶️The most active users are those under 30 years old (40%) and senior and top management. ▶️60% of professionals across all three markets want to learn how to use AI in their workplace. ▶️Barriers to AI adoption in Poland include insufficient knowledge of tools (26%), inadequate training (18%), lack of trust (17%), and lack of time (14%). ▶️On the positive side, only 6% of workers across all three countries stated that they did not understand AI, and only 4% reported poor experiences with it. ▶️Over 50% of Polish real estate workers say their companies don't promote AI activities or inform staff about them. The most common promotion methods are through participation in industry-specific events (14%), employee training, incentive systems for innovative projects, and cooperation with start-ups (all 11%).
