As we approach the end of 2024, I find myself reflecting on a year of challenges, transformation, and unwavering commitment. This year has brought significant changes to Royal Greenland, and while it has been demanding, it has also reaffirmed the strength of our 250 year foundation and the resilience of our colleagues around the world. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our customers. You inspire us to push boundaries and continuously deliver high-quality products from the pristine waters of the North Atlantic. To our 2500 employees – across Greenland and beyond – thank you. Your dedication, adaptability, and hard work make all the difference. Every day, you contribute not just to Royal Greenland’s success but to something much bigger: the livelihoods of communities, the preservation of our heritage, and the sustainable future of our fisheries. Royal Greenland’s role in Greenland goes far beyond being a company. We are a pillar of the economy, a provider of opportunities, and a steward of our nation’s resources. With that comes great responsibility – to grow, to innovate, and to succeed financially. Achieving a solid bottom line isn’t just about numbers; it’s about ensuring that Royal Greenland remains a force for good in Greenland’s future. This year has tested us as we executed a major turnaround strategy and navigated tough catch rates and market conditions, along with the loss of our trawler, Lomur. It has also been a year of learning and adaptation with new leadership roles in Greenland and expansion into new locations and business models. As we move into 2025, we are ready to embrace the opportunities ahead with determination and hard work. It will not be easy but together, we will strive to return to strong financial results. Here’s to a new year filled with promise and potential. Thank you for being part of our Royal Greenland journey 🇬🇱 🦐 🎣 🇬🇱 #royalgreenland #newyear

𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐌/𝐓𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐤 🌊 As part of Royal Greenland’s commitment to understanding and supporting our employees, our skilled Crew Manager, Eqalunnguaq Kristiansen, who usually works at our headquarters in Nuuk, recently had a unique experience. He spent three days as a fisherman aboard M/TR Kaassassuk, gaining insight into the daily life our crew members face. "𝘉𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘸 𝘨𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘢. Our crew members play a crucial role in providing our customers with sustainable, delicious products from Greenland’s deep waters. A big thank you to the crew of M/TR Kaassassuk for warmly welcoming Eqalunnguaq and giving him an authentic insight into life at sea. It’s an honor to work with such dedicated and skilled colleagues who make a difference every day!
