We had a great experience at The Drop 2024 in Malmö last week. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with investors, climate tech experts, and founders. We explored innovative solutions for upgrading the electricity grid through AI, financing hardware climate-tech companies, and accelerating low-carbon technology adoption through business model innovation and go-to-market strategies. Our colleague Serhat Aydogdu was one of the moderators at The Climate Brick workshop, which gathered 100+ investors, operators and ecosystem players. Seaya Andromeda, a €300 million Pan-European climate tech growth capital fund, has acquired a majority stake (70%) in Zyclora/Bike Ocasión, Spain’s leading refurbished bicycle omnichannel retailer 🇪🇸 🚲 Zyclora co-CEOs Juan D. Carretero Jiménez and Borja Mesonero-Romanos expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership: “We are delighted to embark on this new chapter with Seaya Andromeda, a partner who fully aligns with our vision of making cycling more accessible and sustainable.
