In partnership with Birmingham City Council, we’ve upgraded nearly 800 homes by installing over 700 new kitchens and over 650 bathrooms. By April 2025, we’re on track to improve 2,000 homes in the city —bringing real and lasting improvements to local communities. This work supports the council’s pledge to provide decent homes for its tenants. Together, we’re turning this vision into a reality—improving living standards and building a more sustainable future. We’re pleased to share progress on retrofit project carried out in partnership with Platform Housing Group. To date we’ve transformed over 200 homes in Lincolnshire by installing air source heat pumps, solar panels, and insulation upgrades, making homes warmer, greener, and more energy-efficient. Residents have shared how much warmer and more comfortable their homes now feel, especially during the colder weather. Their positive feedback highlights the significant impact of this project, and we look forward to expanding into Leicestershire in the coming months as we continue to support the Midlands Net Zero Hub and Platform’s net zero goals. #EnergyEfficiency #Retrofit #NetZero #SHDF #SocialHousingDecarbonisationFund #WarmHomesSocialHousingFund
