As part of the CoCun research project, we were able to present our experiences in the EFMD Global Blog. We are very pleased to contribute to the EFMDGloabal platform and share our findings with educational experts in the field of management.
Today's management students will navigate complex business landscapes, requiring a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, higher education must evolve. At the University of Bamberg, we’ve integrated Co-Creation into our courses—where students collaborate with industry experts and educators, working on real-world challenges.
Through role-plays, teamwork, and hands-on problem-solving, students gain critical skills like conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and adaptability. This immersive learning not only equips them with technical knowledge but also boosts their employability by fostering leadership grounded in collaboration.
Co-Creation isn’t just about teaching management; it’s about preparing students to thrive in today’s competitive job market 🙌 !
