From the foundations to the food, sustainability is at the core of this Leicestershire based venue. 🌱 During the recent transformation of Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel, Imago Venues put the planet at the forefront of their plans, making sustainability one of their 6 core company values. 🌎 The refurbishment of the venue involved recycling existing materials, including creating carpets made from plastic bottles and using reclaimed wood featured in the beautiful new restaurant, Fifty The Street. It's not just the decor in this stylish restaurant that's sustainable... 50% of the menu celebrates plants over meat. 👏 Imago use the term 'Plant Powered' to describe their delicious offering, as guests are powering their bodies and minds with plant-based nutrition. Yesterday morning, we had the pleasure of hosting the Midlands Fam Trip. It was great to share our award-winning breakfast, give a tour of the complete (and work in progress) refurbishment, and have KDM Events run a 'Game Your Throne' series of challenges.
