And the truth is, we don't. Each one of our customers has different needs and requires a fleet strategy unique to them. That's why we plan for their present, act to drive their ambitions, and adapt to their future. For over 25 years, Zenith has set the benchmark for industry innovation, and with a multi-asset service, our agility is the key to leading a forward-thinking mission to keep customers moving - a journey that we take with them from start to finish.

We'd like to wish all of our colleagues a happy new year and a very warm welcome back to Zenith. As we approach the end of 2024, I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all our customers, supply partners, and our colleagues for your continued support. 👏 Like many businesses, we’ve faced challenges, but collectively we have pulled together, found solutions, improved the way we work, and stayed true to the Zenith values. Some of my personal highlights of the year include: 🤝 Strengthening of our underlying business as we look for ways to mitigate the impact of lower residual value profits. 🤝 📈 Continued growth of our Corporate and Commercial fleet, driven by strong customer retention and new customer wins. 📈 🏆 Winning the Yorkshire Post Large Business of the Year 🏆 Seeing the achievements of Zenith colleagues, who make me most proud of my time as CEO. Not only do we do the day job, but we also take huge pride in making Zenith a great place to work, whether that’s helping understand our differences through our active ED&I programme, or donating our time and money to the causes that are important to us. I’m excited to see Zenith continue its success in 2025, as the team works with customers to help them with their electric vehicle transition, keeping our business critical customer fleets on the road and the progress were making in our Group technology transformation programme, ensuring we’re fit for the future. As 2024 draws to a close, Ian Hughes takes the opportunity to reflect on what the Corporate, Rental and Consumer divisions have achieved this year: 📈 Our funded fleet is up 5.6% year-on-year. 📞 Our customer service team are making a difference every day with a corporate customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 83%, up on last year and higher than our sector.  ✔️ Our Rental division welcomed Tom Brewer and our customer service metrics are all really strong. 🌟  We launched two new propositions with both a personal contract hire (PCH) proposition and a business contract hire (BCH) offering. Thank you to the whole team for your efforts, let's get ready for a healthy and happy 2025!  

It's the most wonderful time of the year, so we decided to say thank you to our community a little differently this Christmas.💝 We loaded up the sleigh, hit the road, and travelled the UK to spread festive magic and give joy back to our community the best way we know how, through the gift of giving. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us on the road and we'll see you in the new year! We’re proud to announce we've now become a Bronze Carbon Literate Partner. Our donation will allow The Carbon Literacy Project to deliver the training to 100 school children. 👩🏫 Mark Wilson said, “Zenith is delighted to support Carbon Literacy Project's Partner scheme as the training has been integral to helping us successfully embed sustainability throughout our business, with over 300 of our colleagues and suppliers having attended the training as of December 2024.   We've seen first-hand the impact this training has had on colleagues, and hope that providing students with the knowledge and motivation to reduce emissions in their own lives will help protect our planet for future generations." That's why in 2024 (between Jun-Dec), great people succeeded in: 📞 Guaranteeing 98.5% calls reached the right person the first time. 🕒 Ensuring 82% of calls were answered in 20 seconds. 📈 Delivering a Corporate CSAT score of 83% - up four points and almost five points ahead of the sector. ⭐ 90% of assured drivers rating us good or excellent following a phone conversation with our team.
