About us
Xynteo is a unique organisation of exceptional people brought together with the purpose of reinventing growth. We help businesses tackle global societal and environmental challenges that are too big, too expensive, and too complex to tackle alone. We believe that business is a force for good when leaders think long term, work with, not against nature, and use their influence and resources for the many, not the few. For us, this is good growth. We work with some of the world’s largest businesses, helping leaders and their organisations in three ways. To shape cultures and organisations to think and act differently; to create innovative, regenerative business models to compete and grow in new ways; and to embrace radical cross-sector, cross-border collaboration to tackle system challenges.

As we step into 2025, we're energised by the transformative power of collective action that defined our journey through 2024. Across our global hubs in London, Mumbai, and Gurugram, we've witnessed firsthand how systemic challenges become catalysts for breakthrough innovations when visionary organisations come together. This past year has reinforced what we've always known: the most impactful solutions emerge from the power of 'with' - when diverse perspectives unite to tackle challenges too complex for any single entity to solve alone. Our partners have demonstrated that commercial success and positive impact aren't just compatible - they're inseparable. As we look to the next year, we're inspired by the growing momentum for Good Growth across sectors. To our partners who dare to reimagine business models, to our teams who fuel transformation daily, and to every changemaker in our ecosystem - thank you for being part of this journey toward a more regenerative future. Here's to another year of turning systemic challenges into opportunities for people and planet-positive growth. Together, we're not just envisioning change - we're building it. #Xynteo #GoodGrowth #SystemicChange #FutureOfBusiness

The path to a sustainable built environment requires unprecedented collaboration. With buildings being the second largest source of emissions in the UK - accounting for 49% of the country's total emissions - the time for transformative action is now. Through Build Ahead UK, a groundbreaking coalition that brings together industry leaders Santander UK, PLP Architecture, and the Accelerating Concrete Decarbonisation Group supported by Derwent London, we're uniting pockets of excellence across the value chain - from emerging clean materials to future-focused design and development. Our goal? To deliver the UK's first truly zero-carbon and holistically sustainable buildings by harnessing the power of collective action and bringing together developers, architects, financial institutions, engineering firms, and construction contractors. Join us in shaping the next generation of sustainable buildings. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 At a time when India's roads host 29.5 crore vehicles with 2 crore new additions yearly, we're facing a critical junction in automotive sustainability. By 2025, approximately 2 crore vehicles will reach end-of-life status, each potentially polluting eight times more than a new vehicle, yet collectively, they could yield 7 million metric tonnes of scrap steel - equivalent to India's current steel scrap imports. That's both a challenge and an unprecedented opportunity for circular economy. While recent policies and automotive leaders are driving change, 75% of recycling still happens in the informal sector. With only 65 operational Registered Vehicle Recycling Facilities against a needed 100+, we're at a critical junction where environmental impact meets economic potential. The path forward isn't just about building more facilities - it's about reimagining the entire ecosystem. From public awareness to infrastructure development, from integrating the informal sector to establishing robust monitoring mechanisms, this transformation demands collaborative action across government, industry, and society. Read this piece by Vaibhav Doshi, Associate Partner, Xynteo, to discover how we can accelerate India's transition to formal ELV recycling and unlock its circular economy potential: https://lnkd.in/gky8J5-W #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #AutomativeIndustry #MakeInIndia #ELV #EndOfLifeVehicles
