Employee Spotlight series #6. Meet Vivek Rathod, Software Developer based in our Pune office. - What is your favourite gadget or tech innovation? "My favourite tech innovation is the Voyager 1 spacecraft, launched by NASA in 1977. At a time when the internet and smartphones were just science fiction, it pushed technological boundaries with only 68 KB of memory and an 8-bit processor. Amazingly, it still communicates with Earth from over 24 billion km away, showcasing humanity's ability to reach vast cosmic distances." - What is your favourite TV Show? "My favourite TV shows are talent competitions like IGT, AGT, and BGT. I find it inspiring to watch people showcase their unique skills, from singing and dancing to magic and comedy. The diversity of performances and the contestants' personal stories make each episode exciting and special." - Tell us an interesting fact about yourself. "An interesting fact about me is that I am a curious person who loves understanding and exploring the science behind things. Physics is something I'm particularly passionate about. I also enjoy playing cricket and competitive games, where strategy and quick reflexes play a big role. On top of that, I have a keen interest traveling with friends and love capturing moments that tell a story. " #employeespotlight #meettheteam #staffspotlight #xperate #legaltech

Xperate have recently concluded a project with a 600-user international firm helping them with several data migrations in various countries across the world to Actionstep. XSDM was used in each country to store all historical transactions, with the brought-forward balances transferred to Actionstep. Due to the multi-jurisdictional nature of their work, bespoke development was required, including a conflict check system that could search across multiple instances of Actionstep, while ensuring users only had access to the data they were authorised to view. Additionally, we developed an integration between LexisNexis and Actionstep to facilitate ID checking. If you have a similar project or require any information about how we can elevate your existing platforms, please reach out to us today. #clientwork #xperate #legaltech #clientsoftware https://bit.ly/46sBHjE

Xperate has recently taken on a project for one of the largest conveyancers in the UK. As long-standing users of Advanced P4W, this client wanted a method of being able to give their users an instant warning of anything on a file that was of a critical nature. This was not just limited to data in their CMS but also to key information stored in other systems. Embracing challenges head-on, the Xperate team developed an innovative piece of code that detects when a user begins working on a case. It instantly displays a warning message with key information, providing users with immediate notifications about critical risks, such as compliance issues or financial limits, ensuring they are informed from the outset. The initial solution works with P4W, however “NotifyNow” has a universal application and we are exploring its extension to other CMS systems. We agreed with the client to make this more widely available so get in touch if this of interest to you. If you have a similar project or require any information about how we can elevate your existing platforms, please reach out to us today. https://bit.ly/46sBHjE #clientwork #xperate #legaltech #clientsoftware
