Elizabeth talks to Geffrye Parsons (he/him; “Geff”) is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, which provides DE&I-related consulting, speaking and training services to businesses, with the stated mission of “making the world a more inclusive place, one organisation at a time”. Originally from the UK but now living primarily in Vancouver, Canada (where he is certified by Canada’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce), Geff is known as “The Inclusion Changemaker”. He is a respected thought leader whose work driving workplace inclusion – with a focus going beyond mere theory to practical reality, heavily informed by his previous 35-year front office executive career with global financial and professional services organisations – has been recognised by multiple platforms, including the British LGBT Awards, the PinkNews Awards, Stonewall, The Financial Times, The Guardian and Yahoo Finance. Alongside running The Inclusion Imperative, Geff holds several fractional Board-level roles with charities and not-for-profit associations dedicated to improving rights and inclusion globally, in and beyond the workplace. These include Open for Business, GiveOut and the LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors Canada Association. He is also formally designated as a ‘Top Voice’ on LinkedIn for each of Leadership, Culture Change and Executive Management.

Elizabeth talks to Helen. With over seven years of experience as a behavioural change therapist, Helen specialises in helping individuals of all ages find a calmer, healthier way of living. She also works with businesses to provide therapy for employees as well as educating the workplace in better mental health, speaks at conferences, delivers workshops & webinars, and hosts the BrainWorks Talks podcast on mental well-being and is a co-host on Base radio’s Sunday Morning Breakfast show. Helen’s background includes supporting children with autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour at a Steiner Waldorf SEND school and working as a Peer Development Officer for an advocacy charity. Her solution-focused, positive approach empowers people to embrace a more balanced and fulfilling life.
