As we approach the end of the year, we've been reflecting on what has been a remarkable 2024. We began the year by launching our new values and behaviours framework, shaped by 75% of our people. This laid a strong foundation for our shared journey to deliver sustainable growth and success. A journey which was reflected in our strong financial results, and which aligned with the growth strategy set by Steven Petrie when he took over as Managing Partner in April. In June, Nick Gholkar stepped into the role of Executive Partner for Newcastle office, joining Executive Partners Emma Digby of Leeds and Liz Bottrill of Manchester. Throughout the year we have welcomed over 100 new colleagues across various departments, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service across a wide range of legal needs. And the year has been filled with countless other reasons to celebrate, such as our renowned events, award wins, the Newcastle office refurbishment and activities in support of our charities of the year. It's been a busy, but incredibly rewarding 12 months, as captured in this 2024 highlights reel. We would like to wish you and your families a joyful holiday season, and wish you a healthy and prosperous 2025.
