    On the first week of December 2019, I joined VALTUS. Just 5 years ago. After 20+ years in the Fragrance and Beauty industry, I had decided to make a change. Puig, my employer at the time, understood this decision and supported me. I was 48 years old, wanted new challenges, but also a company with values, like the one I was leaving. One year later, after 6 interviews, a full day of assessments, and a trip to Paris to meet the CEO and founder, Philippe Soullier… I became Partner at VALTUS - European Leader of Interim Management It has been since, an amazing journey filled with growth for our business, challenges, and accomplishments that I am truly proud of. Despite Covid starting during my probation period, the company stuck with me. And for the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with brilliant colleagues in the UK and across the globe, superb clients, and talented Interim Executives. Supporting businesses in their transformation - from airbags to handbags, from children books to windfarms, from gardening products to railway sleepers. And from Glasgow to Shanghai, from Bristol to Angola... because the world is our "terrain de jeu" (our pitch). So, to 5 years of fun, tenacious business development and candidate interviews, learning every day, meeting new people and enjoying this new professional adventure, as much as I enjoyed the previous one.
