𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 🎉❄️ Just over a week ago, we came together for our annual conference, Travel Chapter Next, welcoming over 650 colleagues to reflect on our 2024 successes and look ahead to 2025. The day ended with the much-anticipated 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫, where teams put their knowledge (and competitiveness!) to the test, making for a fun and memorable finale. 🥳 The celebrations didn’t stop there! In the evening, our event venues were transformed into the Travel Chapter SnowBall, with three parties being held simultaneously across Devon, Norfolk and Yorkshire. It was a heart-warming reminder of the #TCSpirit that drives us forward. As we wrap up 2024, we’re filled with pride for all we've achieved and excitement for the unforgettable holidays we’ll help create in 2025. As part of our commitment to making a positive impact as a business and supporting charitable organisations, we set ourselves a goal of raising £10,000 for Cancer Research UK (CRUK) over 12 months. Thanks to our colleagues’ fantastic fundraising efforts, we’ve raised an incredible £15,369.54 (including Gift Aid) and we couldn’t be more proud🎉 We wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who organised, participated, and donated to make this possible. To celebrate, we couldn't resist capturing the moment with a big cheque photo! 🏆   This achievement is deeply meaningful to us at Travel Chapter, as it is a cause that is close to many of our hearts. These funds will help Cancer Research UK continue its groundbreaking work toward a world where everyone can live longer, healthier lives free from cancer.   Thanks to all our incredible fundraising efforts for Cancer Research UK, our team had the privilege of visiting Southmead Hospital’s research labs to see firsthand how our funding is making an impact. From pioneering treatments for bowel cancer to exploring drug repurposing, and analysing cancer tissue samples, every step highlighted the determination to save lives through research.   We were also fascinated by their innovative use of technology, like smartwatches helping to break habits like smoking — a glimpse into the future of health and well-being.   And of course, we couldn’t resist a little friendly competition, tackling lab challenges with pipettes and test tubes, where we discovered some unexpected lab skills among the team!   Our partnership with Cancer Research UK has been inspiring, and we're so proud of what we’ve achieved together.
