  • I want to book a call with you 📆 🖥️ ☎️ How is your contact experience on your website?  When someone fills out a contact form to get in touch with you, what happens after the user clicks submit?  The user is now thinking “Will I get a response in an hour?”, or “Will I get a response in a day? Two days?”. One thing we always recommend to include on your website is a booking calendar.  This isn’t in place of a contact form, it’s just another avenue to make that contact experience super frictionless.  It doesn’t take any techie know-how to set up a call booking calendar, as platforms like Calendly start with free plans and make it very easy to embed booking calendars right into your website.  If you’re a service-based business, you will often receive a contact form submission and reach out to the prospect to book a call anyway. You can skip this extra step in the initial contact process by allowing your clients to book an appointment right on your website.  By allowing users to book calls through your website, they know, and you know exactly what the next stage of that sales journey will be as it’s a confirmed date in the diary.  #ClientExperience  #ServiceBasedBusiness  #WebsiteOptimisation
