Creating quality homes where people can thrive
About us
Thrive Homes is a professional landlord providing homes where people can thrive. Our business is built around the importance of a home as the foundation that enables individuals and families to build and sustain the lives they want. We own and manage around 5,000 homes throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire delivering much-needed homes for social and affordable rent, intermediate rent, leasehold, shared ownership (with Thrive OwnHome) and private market rent (through Thrive Places). We are focused on increasing housing availability and affordability in one of the most expensive parts of the UK. Achieving a fair deal for our customers is a priority for everyone at Thrive. In 2019, we introduced the Thrive Deal to ensure that we are clear with our customers about what they can expect from us (our 'offer') and what we expect in return (our 'ask'). We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and are proud to hold Investors in People gold accreditation.

It's beginning to look a bit like Christmas at our new development in Watford. This weekend saw one of our show homes at Parkside receive a John Lewis & Partners 'Treetorial'. Looks like a lot of fun was had by all, thanks for sharing Joseph Grant 🎄 https://lnkd.in/erqwcSPN #affordablehomes #sharedownership #newhomesforsale #newhomes #ukhousing
And just like that it’s December. Thank you November for being a solid month. The availability at Parkside saw the word “Reserved” multiple times last month highlighting the importance of Shared Ownership for those wanting to get onto the property ladder. We saw out November with our collaboration with John Lewis & Partners, welcoming the festive season with an exclusive “Treetorial” Event. Prospective buyers and existing residents were able to ask the John Lewis Home Interior Designers all things on trend ahead of the festive season (I also took notes). Still time to get reservations in before Christmas. Tell a friend to tell a friend and we’ll see you soon! 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments ready to move into. Thrive’s largest regeneration project to date is underway in Croxley Green. Part-funded by a grant from Homes England, this project will see 27 outdated bedsit flats replaced with 42 homes for social and affordable rent. You can read more at https://loom.ly/xgMI8t4 Work is going well, as this week saw Howarth Homes Plc pouring concrete into the ground beams. You can start to see the shape of the homes appearing from the ground 😀 #newhomes #development #homesengland #affordablehomes #ukhousing
