Landmark partnership set to deliver major infrastructure projects in Gabon   Innovo is proud to announce a significant partnership with the Gabonese Government to deliver a series of major infrastructure projects in the country. The strategic partnership led by Sameh Fam, CEO of Innovo Build, adopted visionary strategy and a forward-thinking approach to drive growth. This transformative initiative includes the construction of a stormwater network and state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant in Port-Gentil, alongside advanced roadway lighting installation on the highway connecting Port-Gentil to Omboué City. With a project value of 350 million Euros, the partnership is a key milestone for Innovo in Africa and a step forward in strengthening ties between Egypt and Gabon.  Mohamad Gamal, Managing Director at Innovo Build Egypt, formalised this strategic partnership during a signing ceremony in Cairo, Egypt, with General Flavien Nzengui Nzoundou, Minister of Public Works as part of EGAAD (Egyptian African Arab co. for Devlopment) consortium established with the Gabonese Government. Fostering talent, teamwork and wellbeing at Innovo sports day! Employees from our mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) business swapped workwear for gym kit earlier this month for a family sports day in Dubai! With activities including football, paddle and tennis, the day offered a fantastic opportunity to connect, foster teamwork, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. What made the day even more special was the support and cheer from family members who joined us for the day, where we also laid on a healthy and delicious barbecue, as well as kids’ activities including face painting and junior sports events, adding to the sense of community and togetherness. As a business committed to working sustainably across the value chain, Innovo believes we must leave a lasting, positive impact with every project we take on. Our people are key to achieving this commitment, so in November we ran “Sustainability Month” – an all-employee programme that encouraged everyone in the organisation to get involved in a variety of sustainability initiatives. People from all our global sites took part, with events including training sessions, quizzes, a sustainability suggestions scheme, a carpool initiative and kids’ classes that upcycled waste into works of art. Employees from across the business also made personal pledges, saying how they’ll prioritise sustainability in both their professional and personal lives.
