It’s once again that festive time of the year when the Highfield offices will be temporarily closing to allow our team to celebrate Christmas with their loved ones. We can confirm that the Highfield offices in the UK will close at 5.30pm on Friday 20 December 2024, and will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2025. If you have an urgent order to place with us and need it by Friday 20 December, please ensure you do so by 1pm on Tuesday 17 December 2024. Our Christmas elves will make sure it’s sent, so you receive it in good time. If your order is not so urgent, place it by 1pm on Wednesday 18 December 2024 and you’ll receive it over the Christmas and New Year period. Any orders placed after this time on the 18th will be despatched when the offices reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025. Should you have an urgent enquiry during the Christmas period, which you feel needs attention before the offices re-open, we ask that you email this enquiry to info@highfield.co.uk. A Highfield customer service representative will be responding to these enquiries between Friday 27 December 2024 and Tuesday 31 December 2024. Should you have any queries regarding the above arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Wednesday 11 December marked an incredible day in the history of Highfield, as we were joined by Dame Hilary Chapman DBE - the Lord Lieutenant of South Yorkshire.
