Enhancing the Pharma/CRO relationship using gamification .... the first of the new PCMG Insights Sessions .... PCMG would like to thank David Bryde, Professor of Project Management and Hannah Wilson, Senior Lecturer in Research Methods in Business at Liverpool Business School, for delivering an excellent and informative PCMG Insights Session. The Session explored "Enhancing the Pharma/CRO relationship using gamification". How do you enhance partnerships between CROs and Sponsors...... The first of the new "PCMG Insights Sessions" invites everyone to participate for free, this includes members and non-members of PCMG. The first session "Enhancing Pharma/CRO Partnerships through Gamification" takes place on 21st November. This Insights Session introduces participants to how gamification was effectively used in a clinical research project management context. David Bryde, Professor of Project Management and Hannah Wilson, Senior Lecturer in Research Methods in Business at Liverpool Business School, will share the findings from research they undertook at the PCMG Annual Assembly in 2023, in which delegates played “NODEL” – a game devised to train individuals in using project management methods to manage the relationship between pharma and CROs undertaking clinical trials. After attending the Insights Session participants will be aware of the benefits of using gamification in a work environment. Insights Sessions are one hour online webinars.
