Tenant Shop handles thousands of new customer sign ups every month. Our free on-line utility management system works by filling in a simple on line form via your own unique secure portal. The system then instantly notifies the local council, water supplier and energy providers that the new tenant has moved in, thus ensuring there are no incorrect bills sent to the property, your office or the landlord in relation to previous tenants not registering or ending their tenancy! Our system guarantees to save lots of hours for your staff so your business can concentrate on its core targets. This also works exactly the same for when your tenants vacate. The relevant authorities are again notified with the addition of the forwarding address and closing meter readings. Tenant Shop will deal with ALL queries you receive from the council and utility companies, just simply forward any incorrect bills on to your accounts team to deal with. That simple!
