Creating long-term sustainable success for our clients, our business and ourselves.

About us

"Telos is quite simply the best strategic change consultancy that I have worked with in over 20 years as a board director. The ethos of the company is all about two things which they religiously stick to: building a long-term relationship with the customer and genuinely adding value for the client rather than simply charging out consultancy days at a margin to suit their bottom line. Uniquely among the consultancy firms that I have worked with, they are happy to operate on the basis of fees directly conditional upon meeting the client's expectations. This is consultancy with a conscience." Telos Partners was founded on the belief that organisations are the product of their relationships, rather than just the sum of their transactions. We differ from other consultancies in our belief that sustainable change is only brought about by achieving a fundamental shift in mindset and behaviour. Our work is designed to meet the specific needs of the client, their organisation and its people and we focus 100% on their outcomes. We have about 30 consultants working around the world. The nature of our work is not industry specific and our clients range from ambitious small business owners to CEOs of large multi-national businesses. We work internationally, in the private and public sectors, with social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. We help them achieve their desired business outcomes by adopting a balanced approach to change.

Euer Marc Doetze

  • Are you a Senior Leader that has recently returned to work after a career break? We would love to speak with you! Our colleagues, Kamylla Caponi and Emma Jordan, are currently doing some research on the topic ‘Return to Leadership’ after a career break, such as maternity leave. This project is dedicated to enhancing the support mechanisms for senior leaders during and after career breaks, ensuring they can reintegrate smoothly and equitably into their professional roles. 🌻 We are entering a phase of further information gathering in preparation for designing appropriate interventions. Here is where we need your help: We are aiming to conduct interviews with senior leaders in August, who can provide valuable insights based on personal experiences related to their career transitions. Specifically, we are looking for senior leaders who have undergone career breaks (maternity, paternity, adoption or sick leave) in the past 12-24 months. If you are interested in sharing your experiences or know of someone in your network who might be, please let us know! We can’t wait to hear from you.

  • Midway through the year and the growing Telos team having a chance to get together on a theme around Building Connection. A few games of Kubb in the afternoon on the lovely Windsor Long Walk brought an unexpected crowd intrigued by the game.

  • What does ownership mean to you? Today is the eoa's employee ownership day (#EODay). An organisation that we are proud to support and an ownership model that connects with our beliefs on the importance of the alignment of stakeholder interests over time. Employee Ownership Businesses have been shown to be more profitable, more resilient and more efficient, with happier, more committed, more productive and better paid employees. The lessons of how to unlock these benefits can be found in the EO Framework that we have developed with the eoa. Telos Partners is proud to have been EO since our founding in 2000 and excited about our merging with J GADD ASSOCIATES LIMITED to create great impact and value for our clients that are employee-owned. What does ownership mean to you? #ownership #stewardship #rights #responsibilities

  • We are delighted to announce a partnership with Partners For Leadership (P4L) to strengthen our leadership development capability.   Critical to the achievement of long-term sustainable success is a capability to transfer ownership and commitment from one generation of leaders to the next. Succession planning becomes an art not a science and requires a continuing focus on individuals with potential, to help them develop the personal attributes needed to lead others. Inspired by our friend Tim Spiker (author of The Only Leaders Worth Following) helping people on their journey to becoming ‘inwardly sound’ and ‘others focused’ will lead to more effective leadership of organisations critical to the creation of wealth over time.   Partners For Leadership draw on 25 years of experience of working with potential leaders on a two-to-three-year path to a strategically important position in their organisation. There are four elements to the programme: - Regular meetings with a critical friend, selected on the basis of relevance to an individual’s circumstances, scheduled over the entire period. - Three face-to-face 24-hour events each year for a cohort of between 10 and 12 participants from across sectors to explore specific topics. Contributions from academics and other subject matter experts have assured the quality of events to date. - Regular webinars to cover developments relevant to emerging leaders, again harnessing subject matter experts. - Exchange links to encourage participants to link up with others in their workplaces.   Programme alumni report overwhelmingly that they would recommend the programme to others and that it has been critical to their own progress.   We believe this to be an important element in the development of future leaders and can sit effectively alongside programmes run by leading business schools in this country and internationally.   We have a face-to-face event coming up in June and a further event in October; please contact us if you would like more details.
