Concerned about a possible building project, because you don’t know how to make it well designed, how much it’ll cost or how long it’ll take? The Challenge - Client A spent months and a large sum on a masterplan to explore new construction, only to realize that no new facilities were needed. They then shifted their focus to renovating existing buildings, however the designs that were produced were way out of budget. The Solution - TaskSpace collaborated with the client, cutting unnecessary enhancements and adjusting the plan to fit within financial limits, without sacrificing the design feel. The new approach focused on practical and cost-effective upgrades. The Plan - TaskSpace and Client A are working together to implement this streamlined masterplan, aligning with the client's strategic goals while staying on budget and within scope.
