Today marks my last day in the UK and my last day as DevRel at Superteam UK. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who made 2024 an incredible year! First and foremost, I am deeply grateful to the Chevening scholarship from Chevening Awards and Queen Mary University of London. Without it, I couldn’t have pursued an MSc at a prestigious Russell Group university or experienced life in London with my family for an entire year. While Chevening opened the door, Superteam UK and the Solana Foundation Superteam community became my home. To Stephen Newnham, Michael Harding, Archill B. ,Cessiah Lopez, Jack Defroand, Jay Chen ᵍᵐ, @callum_codes, @kdotcrypto, @bill_papas_12, @splitoor, @korganas, and everyone else in the community—you’ve all been incredibly kind and supportive. Superteam is truly the cheat code for web3. Where else could the founder of @KaminoFinance casually treat you to one of your first London lunches? 2024 has been an unforgettable year, filled with: 🏆 An honorable mention at the Solana Renaissance hackathon 🚂 Traveling across the UK with the Superteam crew on the Golden Tour 🥁 Countless memories with Build Station, London Startup Village, BuildStop meetups, London Hacker House, Encode Hackathon, and more 📚 Graduating with Distinction, MSc Blockchain in Business and Society ❤️ Building a home in the UK with my family; Havering was the dream village we hoped for As I step into 2025, I’m excited about what lies ahead and will share my next journey soon 🥁. For now, thank you all, and wishing you a Merry Christmas! 🎄

The current UK regulatory framework can be challenging for early stage Web3 startups, and I strongly believe that collaboration among key industry players is essential to help the UK become a thriving Web3 hub. We were lucky enough to be accepted into Superteam UK's Christmas accelerator event yesterday, and I think other one-day events can really take notes. Lots of keynote speakers in the morning, but all rapid fire (~5 mins each), so you get a quick overview of all the topics and pointers of where to do more research for the areas you're interested in. Short, to the point, without any fluff. Then networking, co-working, and a sick Christmas party afterwards - can't wait to come back for the opening of their new offices in the new year. Give before you wish to recieve 2. Offer your network 3. Seek to solve lets start by using this event as an example... a few months ago me and Hieu visited the new Google event space and spoke with to Emma Osman & Fabian Desnoes about what they were looking for in the new space. We discussed how Solana Foundation teams such as Solana Labs and Gameshift work together with Google Cloud and that it would be great to see how working with Stephen Newnham and SuperteamUK could help the start ups and both parties complete our respective goals and objectives. a few emails later and here we are !
