As 2024 draws to a close, we’re excited to announce Band of Builders (BoB) as our official charity partner for the upcoming year. BoB is an award-winning national construction charity that completes practical projects to support members of the UK construction industry who are battling illness or injury. For each project, volunteers come together to help their fellow tradespeople through renovations or repairs that make a real difference to their lives. Speaking together, Structure Tone London’s joint Managing Directors Justin Fahy and Matt Blowers said: “At Structure Tone, we’ve been proud to partner with BoB for their Big Brew events over the past year, bringing their initiatives to our sites and events to spotlight mental health challenges in construction and guide our teams to available support. “We are committed to raising funds that enable impactful projects, where volunteers unite to help peers through meaningful renovations and repairs.” In a statement, BoB’s CEO Gavin Crane said: “It’s always very humbling when an organisation chooses Band of Builders as their chosen charity – and we are delighted that Structure Tone has selected us for 2025. “We look forward to building a genuine partnership with Structure Tone.”

Things have been getting hairy down at 20 Ropemaker 👨🏻 A huge well done to the guys - Structure Tone, Phoenix ME and client - for shunning the shave for the past month in support of the Movember campaign. The charity does great work to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and suicide amongst men. To date, the team have raised an incredible £1,538 – and you can add to this by donating at their page: https://lnkd.in/egAkgyAB Hair’s to you, team! 🪒 Elliot Kuehlmann-Hall | Oliver Kent PIEMA | Christopher Hamilton-Mace | Grant Jackson | Bradley Palmer | Nicholas Minshull | Oliver Day | Scott Knibb | Ryan Furlonger | SPENCER White | Rokas Rackauskas | Toby Cordery | James Ball

Introducing our latest project completion. We’re thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project on Level 5 of a prestigious Grade A office in the heart of the City, delivering a 7,500 sq ft space as part of our ongoing partnership with a longstanding client and their subsidiary. Following our previous work on Levels 6 and 7, this CAT B fitout is a testament to the trust and synergy we’ve built, transforming yet another floor into a dynamic, contemporary workspace. With exposed services, AV-equipped areas, and specialist LED lighting, we have tailored this space to meet the demanding design standards set by both the client and the building’s reputation as an iconic office in the City of London. From the City’s prime financial hub to this latest floor, each part of the building tells a story of precision and innovation—a story we’re proud to continue for our client. Congratulations to all involved. Great to see 16 St Martin’s Le Grand in motion, thanks to this footage from architects Barr Gazetas. A historic textile HQ, now a hub of next-gen workspaces, tailored by Structure Tone London with sustainability and flexibility at its core. Seeing footage of iconic features such as the façade and the staircase highlights the beauty and balance achieved in this revitalised landmark—we'd like to give special thanks to Gary Cinamon, John Williams, Leo McGivney and the wider project team for bringing this transformation to life. #SustainableDesign #LondonOffices #NextGenWorkspaces
16 St Martin’s Le Grand captured on video… 🎥 Completed this summer, 16 St Martin’s Le Grand is a project which is characterised by subtle elegance and grandeur. Situated on a historic street in the heart of the City of London, the building draws its name from the medieval church of St. Martin’s le Grand, once a prominent local landmark. Number 16 is an architectural gem and a prime example of the Chicago School of Architecture, lauded by English Heritage as "the earliest and most architecturally successful building to interpret this style." Our comprehensive refurbishment includes a new reception space, state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities, and flexible workspaces. Two floors have been designed as fully fitted plug-and-play spaces as part of the base build. Additionally, the façade has been meticulously restored, with the reinstatement of the iconic bronze bands that define the building’s elevation. Retrofitting a heritage building like this presents unique challenges, but it’s a task the design team embraced with enthusiasm and care. Congratulations to the BG project team, including, Jonathan Allwood Andrea Cottam and Federica Bonaccorsi. Knight Frank GDM Rolfe Judd Planning Parmarbrook Structure Tone Gleeds Hoare Lea

How will the built environment sector bring digital twin technology from vision to reality? Last week, Francesca Lofiego, Digital Lead, and Amaobi Ike, BIM Coordinator, explored this question at the 2nd Annual Digital Twin Conference at One Great George Street. Digital twin technology—virtual models of physical systems—is transforming industries like infrastructure and smart cities by enhancing efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Reflecting on the event, Francesca shared, “I enjoyed seeing how others use digital twin technology. One standout example was Harwich Harbour, where digital twin and AI optimise boat traffic flow with real-time data on port usage.” Through the use of technologies such as OpenSpace and Revizto, Structure Tone remains committed to advancing digital twin adoption and improving project outcomes across the built environment sector. #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #DigitalTwin
