Another fantastic morning spent with the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter - this time for a Share & Learn session all about Engagement and Voice - with a presentation from our very own COO, Lucy Harvey ✨ Plenty of great conversations and insights about how to best unlock employee voice within workplaces, and how to navigate tricky conversations. One of our favourite bits of advice came from Jason Casanove - when discussing staff surveys he said, "Be more proud that you ASK, than worried about what the feedback might be." Because let's be honest - unfortunately too many organisations avoid asking the important questions. Today we hosted our Share and Learn session on Engagement and Voice. In this productive session, we heard from Stribe's COO, Lucy Harvey, who shared valuable insights into championing engagement. Key points focused on evaluating how well employees understand key survey messages and identifying effective communication channels; analysing employees' communication preferences, ensuring they know where to direct inquiries, and customising questions for the team. Lucy also shared strategies for engaging specific groups and presents survey results through various formats like videos and graphs. Thank you to everyone who attended today.
