We are hiring: Finance Manager Opportunity - Fast-Growing Exhibition Business We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join our rapidly expanding exhibition business, with offices in London and Barcelona. As we continue to grow and evolve in a fast-paced industry, we need a financial leader who can drive efficiency, offer strategic insights, and ensure sound budgetary management across our global operations. With a hands-on approach, this role is for someone willing to muck in and do the basics, whilst building their team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the financial health of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for both London and Barcelona offices. - Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. - Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management accounts. - Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making. - Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure business continuity and growth. - Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. - Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-focused business. - Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting, with experience in managing multiple jurisdictions (UK and Spain is a plus). - Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to long-term strategy. - Experience in accounting software, and ideally Xero. - A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, able to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
