A Huge Thank You to South Wales Sports Grounds! 🌟 We are absolutely blown away by the incredible 60th Anniversary Black Tie Charity Event hosted by South Wales Sports Grounds at the stunning St. David’s Hotel, Cardiff. As long-standing supporters of Sparkle, South Wales Sports Grounds invited us to their Christmas Party/60th Anniversary Celebration – an unforgettable evening featuring: 🍽️ A delicious three-course meal 🎲 Casino tables 🎤 An exciting auction and raffle ...and so much more! The evening was not only an opportunity to raise awareness of Sparkle and the work we do but also enabled us all to collectively raise an amazing £10,000+ on the night! 🎉 We are truly overwhelmed by the support of Managing Director Sean, his wife Lucy, and the generosity of the entire team, their families, corporate supporters, and contractors connected to South Wales Sports Grounds. It was a fantastic evening, and we are so grateful for your continued support, not just on this special night but throughout the year. 💛 We look forward to continuing this wonderful collaboration in the future. Our Research and Development Officer recently attended the Welsh Paediatric Society Autumn Meeting in Swansea. We had the privilege of sharing family and professional experiences of our innovative model of care for children with disabilities in Gwent. ✨ A huge thank you to Darren Prewett and Mark Read from CAF Rolling Stock Newport! ✨ Darren, a proud dad of a Sparkle user, nominated us as the charity of the year at CAF Rolling Stock Newport. So far, the team has organised a charity football competition, a darts competition, and together, Darren and Mark even braved a 15,000ft skydive! Despite a weather delay, their skydive on October 26th raised an incredible £1,000 for Sparkle. 🎉 Darren and Mark also dyed their beards purple to represent our charity colour. 💜 With more raffles planned, their dedication is truly inspiring!
