    Yesterday, our team celebrated Slip-mas in true style, and it was nothing short of incredible. We kicked things off with a candid 2024 review session. Discussing our biggest frustrations, celebrating the wins and figuring out what’s worth doubling down on. Next, it was time for goal-setting. One of my favourite tasks was asking the team, “It’s December 2025, and there’s a headline about us, what does it say?” The answers were incredible, bold, ambitious and a little hilarious but I highly recommend this exercise for any team! Then the day unfolded with a whirlwind of fun with our design agency Altiverse: 🍕 Pizza Express for lunch (obvs). 🔍 A Slip Scavenger Hunt - hunting the streets for everything from dazzling Christmas displays to giant candy canes. 🎮 An escape room arcade adventure that tested both our brains and our teamwork. We wrapped up this jam-packed day with a team dinner at STK, raising a glass to an unforgettable year and the exciting road ahead in 2025. We were even lucky enough to have our exciting 2025 new starter join us for the day 🥰 Feeling incredibly lucky and grateful for this team and all we’ve achieved.     "I wish every networking event was like this!" 🥹 That's what one of our guests said as they left our event last night, and honestly, I couldn't agree more. While our industry is full of fantastic networking opportunities, they often lead towards activities tailored to men ⛳ 🏎️ 😂 The answer? Alongside the fab team at Ometria, we hired out Cowshed Spa at Shoreditch House, hosted 25 incredible women from the retail industry, and we all enjoyed an evening of pure indulgence: facials, massages, mani's, canapés, champagne, and some much needed R&R.
