Formed in 2004, Shackleton Technologies is a highly experienced IT Services Provider with our headquarters based in Dundee’s Technology Park. Our passion is to help businesses achieve their strategic goals through technology. We achieve this by building strong, lasting, relationships with our clients. We gain an in-depth understanding of their pain points, strengths, and strategic goals so we can help them achieve their targets through planning, budgeting and building a solid IT Infrastructure and knowledge-base. Our approach is consultative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each business we work with. With our deep industry knowledge and experience, we are well positioned to help businesses, in any sector, achieve their IT goals. Support is delivered through annual 'technical alignment, business strategy, and budgeting' reviews, quarterly calls to ensure these reviews are aligned to our clients goals, network monitoring to ensuring our clients are protected by business class solutions, and a support team on-hand to resolve tickets online and onsite. We live and breathe our core values - doing the right thing, being passionate about client service and making things better. It’s been a year of highs and lows as we celebrated our 20th anniversary but also said goodbye to a friend and colleague who had been an integral part of Shackleton’s success story. The one thing that remained throughout the year was the unbelievable teamwork from every member of the Shackleton team.
