🎄 2024 Round Up! As we approach the festive season and the new year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey that 2024 has been! At the beginning of the year, I was studying to complete my Astrophysics master’s in Sheffield, and now, here I am, fully immersed in the world of recruitment, living in a new city, and loving every moment! Entering the recruitment world has been full of highs and lows. The best part for me has been connecting with new people, making matches, and knowing that I’m helping individuals take the next steps in their careers. But it’s also required resilience at times – from declined offers to roles being put on hold. Despite these challenges, I’ve continued to learn and grow every day, and I can now confidently say that recruitment is everything I hoped it would be. I got into recruitment because I love talking to people, organizing my time, and can be a bit competitive at times! It’s been so rewarding so far, and I would 100% recommend it! I feel incredibly grateful to be ending the year on a high, and I can’t wait to see what the new year brings. Great news from the world of #retail 👇 Aldi UK is doubling down on its growth in 2025, with a major £650m investment across #Britain. This is part of a bigger plan to open around 30 new stores, including locations in Fulham Broadway (#London), #Billericay (Essex), and #Cheadle (Stoke-on-Trent). After a successful year of expanding into new areas like Totton, Cribbs Causeway, and Pwllheli, Aldi is continuing its expansion with plans to fill gaps in locations where the demand for its low price, high quality products is at an all time high.
