We’ve just partnered with Groundsure - marking the largest planning data partnership in the UK in years. We outperformed the industry with our insanely accurate data and with a lot of hard work have disrupted a market that has previously pretty much been monopolised. This partnership, for us means that we are now the leading supplier of planning data in the UK and sets our data quality to be the benchmark of quality assurance in the industry. 3.5 years in and we’ve gone from 0 to leading the industry. I want to thank the awesome team at Groundsure for their amazing collaboration working on this exciting partnership and team Serac Technologies who have been on absolute form. This partnership means that our data underpins the majority of property transactions in the UK. Hundreds of thousands per year actually 😎

A little note about sales progression... At Serac Technologies, we offer the chance to progress from BDR to AE in three months. We don’t we hire salespeople directly into the AE role. Simple. You have to earn your stripes. Upon joining, each individual spends time with a mentor, learns the product inside out and gets comfortable in the role. This is important before going full throttle. This approach fosters accountability and drive. Every BDR has a clear vision and the opportunity to progress, without any arbitrary limitations. This is something sets us apart. I've heard too many stories about companies with no progression paths and, unsurprisingly, not great retention rates. #sales #progression #startup

Work Experience 💼 A few weeks back we had George Godfrey join us on a weeks work experience at Serac Technologies. We absolutely loved having George onboard! He got stuck in to every activity, and was always super keen to learn all aspects of the business. In our eyes it couldn't of gone better. What was our approach? Steer clear from small pointless tasks. Walk away with experience and skills that will benefit him when he enters the world of work. Which fundamentally benefitted both sides.
