One of the things we knew we wanted to do when founding our own company was support causes that we believed in. It’s with that spirit that each of us picked some charities that we have made donations to for the Christmas season, and we wanted to shout them out as they are all close to our hearts! National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) Spectrum Gaming The Woodland Trust Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Alzheimer's Society SPCA International We will also be making drop-offs at local food banks as they can make such a big difference to people's lives, especially now. It's worth checking this link to find your closest food bank. https://lnkd.in/e7EkPgkM If you’re able to give this season, please do, as it can always help change things for more people than you think.

Check out this report Sophie Atkin contributed to for some valuable insights on gaming events!
Founder @ SECRET SAUCE | Head of Communications @ Modern Wolf | Indie Publishing | Ambassador for Women in Games
A few weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to be asked by Ollie Wass to share industry insight and contribute to Future's most recent gaming report and it's finally LIVE (and free!)✨ Every year, I grab blankets and snacks to tune in to watch the PC Gaming Show and the Future Games Show to see what's coming up - and sometimes to get excited over seeing projects we've worked on included in the shows! Since E3 is no longer with us - RIP - it's great to see that the Summer of Gaming events have continued to step up and fill that E3 sized hole. Go check out what the folks at Future are up to here: https://lnkd.in/e6APhS7p

We were so excited when ReadyAimFire reached out and wanted us to help them put together a panel for EGX x Comic Con! We reached out to Ace Ruele, Charlotte McBurney, Jack Ayres, and Elsie Lovelock to discuss the art of voice acting and motion capture in games, and the panel makes for some fascinating viewing! Check out the recording below! We can't wait to work with Ready Aim Fire again on future collaborations! #VoiceActors and #MotionCapture artists, say hello in the comments!
🕹️ ReadyAimFire had an incredible experience hosting 'Unplugged: An Inside Look at Acting for Games' at EGX London x Comic Con this past weekend! 🕹️ Thank you to our amazing panel: Ace Ruele, Charlotte McBurney, Jack Ayres and Elsie Lovelock for their engaging insights into what it takes to create the characters from our favourite games – interviewed by our very own Tom Stacey and Frank Tamburin. You can check out the full talk on the video below and/or follow our other socials for some TLDR highlights over the next few weeks… Thanks to Daniel Jones and EGX London x Comic Con for hosting us. And a massive shoutout to George Willard and Sophie Atkin at Secret Sauce for helping us create the panel. Looking forward to next year already! #EGXComicCon #GamingCommunity #PopCulture #EventHighlights #Gaming https://lnkd.in/essCvFhJ

It's been so much fun helping ReadyAimFire put this panel together! Voice and mocap actors help bring games to life and are a big part of forming a connection with us players. We've put together a group of people who have starred in Final Fantasy XVI, World of Warcraft, Baldurs Gate 3 (!!!) and A Plauge Tale. We are a little excited to say the least. Unplugged: An Inside Look at Acting in Games will take place at MCM ComicCon x EGX London on Sunday, October 27th at 11 am in Platinum Suite 1!
Excited to announce we’re gonna be at MCM ComicCon x EGX London to present Unplugged: An Inside Look at Acting in Games, in association with our friends at Secret Sauce. Tom Stacey and Frank Tamburin will be speaking to an illustrious panel, featuring BAFTA-nominee Charlotte McBurney, Ace Ruele, Elsie Lovelock and Jack Ayres, taking an inside look at the craft of acting for games, from voiceover to motion capture. Join us at MCM ComicCon x EGX London. Platinum Suite 1, Sunday October 27th, 11am, and/or stay posted for highlights of our session. #ComicCon #EGX #gaming

Opportunity to get a look at a pretty great game by a great team 👀
I have a special request for my LI friends! We're running a 'Closed' playtest for The Signal over the weekend. The playthrough can take up to one hour. Access codes are given to people in our discord. https://lnkd.in/d87sAecz Definitely looking for feedback (form is linked from within the game's menus), since the version we are playtesting is a giant shift from what we have previously shown, so I'm looking to assess how it's received by 'fresh eyes'.
