We offer local authorities full nomination rights across all tenures. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.

This White Ribbon Day, we're proud to be working with Women's Aid to provide specialist support to our employees, helping them to help customers who are surviving domestic abuse, in the most positive ways possible.

Marking an important milestone in the continued evolution of Sage Homes and its capital structure, we are pleased to announce that our investors Blackstone and Regis have sold a portfolio of over 3,000 shared ownership homes to Sparrow Shared Ownership, the newly named RP now owned by Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS). Since its inception over six years ago, Sage has been on a journey to attract greater levels of stable institutional investment into the sector to meaningfully increase the supply of affordable homes across the country to those who need them the most.
