📢 New opportunities! Come work with us. We’re looking for a Head of Advocacy & Policy, someone who excels at persuasive writing and communicating effectively with diverse audiences. In this role, you will manage and present data to highlight our impact, lead the coordination of projects including events and publications, and drive activations that make a real difference. The new role of Head of Advocacy and Policy will help ensure dance is at the top of the national cultural agenda as we open our fourth theatre Sadler’s Wells East in February 2025.  You’ll be working closely with our Co-CEOs in their public facing roles. You would be responsible for internal and external communications in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team. This role will be to use data to tell our impact story and elevate our impact. Your experience of collaborating across teams, evaluation and storytelling will be critical in this role. You’ll be great at engaging stakeholders and statutory funders and have a track record of successfully engaging and supporting teams. We are looking for an Assistant Producer to join our dynamic Producing and Touring Department!  This exciting role will involve supporting the management and coordination of productions and tours within the UK and abroad. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have experience in logistics, contractual management, finance, and communications, this is the opportunity for you.  You will be a key part of our mission to make and share dance that inspires us all and deliver our vision to create, through dance, a depth of connection beyond borders, cultures and languages, so we see ourselves in each other. The principal responsibility of the Assistant Producer is to provide management and coordination support for the creation of Sadler’s Wells productions and tours both within the UK and abroad, reporting to the relevant Producer as determined by each production. The Executive Producer will determine which productions will be allocated to the Assistant Producer on a case-by-case basis. The Assistant Producer will be line managed by the Senior Producer. Happy Holidays from us all at Sadler’s Wells - Get Dance From Every Angle 2024 has been an epic year, here are some things we achieved in 2024 with all your support. ✨ We announced the opening programme for our fourth theatre Sadler’s Wells East which opens in February 2025 with Our Mighty Groove by Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu. ✨Our Christmas shows, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake and The Snowman have virtually sold out until the new year. ✨Breakin' Convention’ celebrated in style for their 21st year. ✨We welcomed record summer audiences for A Chorus Line. ✨We launched The Rose Choreographic School. ✨Our production of Message In A Bottle toured the US, appeared in UK cinemas and is online on our Digital Stage over Christmas. Our production of Rite of Spring / common ground[s] returned to a sold out Sadler’s Wells after its 3 year world tour. ✨Our Associate Artists and Artist Development Programmes made renewed impact. ✨We launched a refreshed brand identity with new coloured logos for our four venues, touring output and Digital Stage. ✨We made moves with our new performance programme for schools and youth projects across England. 🎥 Interview with Eastbound Creatives – Kloé Dean and Malachi Welch    Last week, we released a short film, Eastbound, on our Digital Stage. In this film, dancer Malachi takes you on a dance journey through the heart of East London, where our new venue, Sadler’s Wells East, is located. After the filmed was released, choreographer Kloé Dean, and dancer Malachi Welch, were invited to ITV News London to talk about Eastbound and Sadler’s Wells East. About Eastbound:  Celebrate how East London moves with Eastbound, which takes us on a dance journey through the heart of its neighbourhoods. Marking the opening of Sadler’s Wells East in Stratford, this film celebrates the rhythms and people that bring East London to life. A collaboration between Choreographer Kloé Dean and Director Sarah Vaughan-Jones, Eastbound follows dancer Malachi Welch as he races to the new venue, journeying through Stratford Outdoor Market, corner shops, bus stops and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. En route he meets over 50 people from East London dance groups – Lister School, Langdon Park School, Artistry Youth Dance and Hibiscus Community Centre – who all join us on our journey eastbound.
