The Russell Bedford International Young Partners & Managers Conference 2024 ended on a high note in the beautiful city of Naples, Italy. Day one delivered a full agenda, including discussions on the current challenges in the accountancy profession and mastering negotiation skills. The day concluded with a delightful evening at La Locanda Del Cerriglio, where delegates enjoyed a wonderful dinner and formed some great connections. Day two continued with insightful sessions on overcoming unconscious bias in accountancy and developing expert coaching skills for managers.
