🌈 Celebrating Inclusivity at ROCK 🌈 Our LGBTQIA+ Champion, Becks Lewis, has launched the ROCK Shine Network, kicking off with the opening event, Pride ROCKS! 🎉 This initiative creates a supportive, inclusive space for our LGBTQIA+ community, their allies, and everyone at ROCK who champions diversity. During her talk, Becks outlined the vision for the ROCK Shine Network, emphasising the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels represented, and how each of us can contribute to a more inclusive environment. This network represents an exciting step forward, and we are eager to see the positive impact it will make across ROCK!
