Today marks the official launch of our Don’t Drink and Drown campaign. In the last six years, 46% of those aged 18-25 who drowned, had alcohol and/or drugs in their system when they lost their lives. Our campaign encourages individuals to take look out for their friends when they are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and #BeAMate by helping them to avoid dangerous routes by water and return home safely. We want this festive period to remain merry and bright, so please spread the word, share with your contacts and support our campaign throughout the week.
