Role Overview: Position: Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Lutterworth Reporting to: Partners Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Benefits: 23 working days’ annual leave, employer’s pension scheme. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clients within the dedicated Residential Conveyancing department. Provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal quality requirements. Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively. Promptly handle billing and collections. Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with existing clients, agents, and introducers. Achieve individual new business, financial, and completion targets. Identify cross-selling opportunities within the firm’s services. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent experience. Recent practical experience in the legal profession. Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. Personal Qualities We Value: Managing Yourself: Self-motivated and organized.
