So.... following our visit to Liverpool to share a Christmas beer with Nicole Sopkovich, we were reflecting on what we have learnt this year. The overriding message was to follow our own advice... use experts well. Nicole came in to impact our marketing ops... the effect has been dramatic. Work has been completed that we would have not known where to start with... but that is kinda obvious... we're not marketeers. As am SME owner, you cannot do everything. Give yourself a break, spend a little money on the issues that will have most impact, and enjoy Christmas ready for a busy 2025!
